forgiveness is what I am going to talk about in this post, and I know it seems to be hard to forgive someone you hate, someone broke your heart or someone who keeps hurting you let me show how to release your self form him.

Memory, reminiscence, forgiveness, and history have been of great concern to philosophers, ancient and modern: Plato, Aristotle, Spinoza, Hegel, and among the modern Poul Ricoer.
Of course, there is a connection between all sciences, through the law of causation among natural sciences or through the law of mercy among the human sciences.
Although philosophy, not yet natural sciences, aspires to discover the hidden dimensions in the invisible concepts and things like memory and consciousness knowing that their right place lies in neurology.
And they being just psychic concepts and far away beyond the reach of the physical sciences, but philosophy found a way to deal with these conceptual dilemmas through the use of similes & metaphors that express the immaterial by way of the corporeal.
For example, Plato used the similes of the wax and the seal to portray the fact of iconical and auditory perceptions; perception, in this way, being a kind of appropriation and a hunting process to keep the fleeting contents of the memory.
What concerns us here is, quite naturally, the role played by excessive memory in psychic health or malady.
What shall we do with unwholesome part of our memories and reminiscences?
The content, that is, the unholesome content of our memory may cause great damage to our peace of mind; mental and emotional tranquility being perceived by all people as requisites for a mentally stable and productive life.
As computer science shows us, there is a simple way of getting rid of the unwanted part of a file by deleting them. In human affair, this not as easy deletion = forgetfulness: this is what people burdened by painful memory aspire to do.
Of course, oppressive and unwelcome memories can cause the psychological disturbances suoh as fixation and obsessions, and also, paranoia.
The unlucky people with these disturbances know a great deal of pain from unceasing repetition of certain oral visual perceptions, just like a disc that got stuck in one groove….
Patients of otsession and schizophrenia live in such a non-ending auditory and visual hell.
The saner persons, and they are most lucky, aspire to get rid from depressing reminisces and unwhosome experiences by forgetting them or forgetting those who caused these complexes;
but, here, forgiving depends on the oppressor admits and repents for forgiveness to have any effect of reducing this cumbersome state to the oppressed;
Letting the clement hand of time to apply the balsam of comfort and panacea of emotional wounds.
South Africa successfully based its well-deserved new national life on such admission of guilt on the part of the offending party to begin a new life of integration and healthy racial and human relationships.
